This project required a redesign of an existing site that had become outdated. They also wanted something that would project a more professional feel for this youth charity. The new website also need to integrate Shortlista, The website-labs e-recruitment solution
With this design it was important to have a layout that looked clean and professional. We also wanted to make clear the services offered by TYA, and the various ways visitors can contribute to the charity. Trinity already had an existing logo and branding, so we used this as a start and used the deep red as a consistent colour scheme throughout
As I have already mentioned this website has our product 'Shortlista' integrated. This means administrators of the site can advertised jobs, directly on the site. Not only that, but visitors can apply for the listed positions on the website as well. Behind the scenes, Shortlista also enables TYA staff to read, score and shortlist applications received.
Another important feature on this website was the 'buy a brick' page. This whole page donated for free by The website-lab to support TYA in a new building project taking place. The page enables visitors to make their own donations to the project by buying a brick. They can even have their name or a message engraved into their brick!
