Commissioned by the NHS, we were asked to create a site to serve as a portal for people seeking more information on the campaign 'Drink Less Live More'
The Drink Less Live More campaign already had a brand identity associated with it. So it was important for us to stick closely to their use of colour, branding and imagery. We chose to use a rolling image fader to scroll through some of the powerful images already used in the campaign.
Another important aspect was that it allowed visitors to the site to easily find services they needed close to where they live. For this reason we placed the post code look up in the top right of the site.
We used a custom Content Management System to allow administrators to easily update news items, links and campaign material.
We also used a Google API to help look up post codes inserted by users and find out where their nearest services are.
